From the first consultation to the aftercare: this is what you can expect from us. Step by step, without small print.

Consultation
We begin with a conversation, not with a needle. In half an hour you tell us what bothers you and what you hope for; the doctor tells you what is realistic, what it costs and which risks come with it. The consultation costs € 75 and commits you to nothing. You can book afterwards, but you do not have to.
Medical intake
Before the treatment you complete a short medical intake. Your doctor reads it in advance, so that any points of attention are discussed before you sit down. You sign a treatment agreement written in plain language.
The treatment
In the salon you trust or at a hotel: the doctor works to the same protocol everywhere. Sterile materials, registered products with a batch number, and emergency medication within reach. Everything is recorded in your file.
Aftercare
Give your skin a day of rest. A small bruise is allowed, and your doctor is one message away. After two weeks we look at the result together; a touch-up is included in the price.

A treatment in a salon or a hotel is just as careful with us as it would be in a clinic. That is not a promise, it is a way of working.

Honest about price and result
What we do and do not promise
We promise care and honest advice. We do not promise perfection: every skin and every face is different, and a treatment always carries risks. We discuss those beforehand, in plain language. And if a treatment is not going to solve your question, we say so, even if you are already standing there with your coat on, ready to book.
What should I do before the treatment?
Come with clean skin and avoid planning important appointments straight afterwards. Do you take blood thinners or other medication? Mention it in the intake, and the doctor will discuss what is sensible.
How do I pay?
After the treatment, by iDEAL or card. When booking a treatment we ask for a deposit through iDEAL, which we deduct from the price. The € 75 consultation is settled afterwards; if you book a treatment, we deduct that amount from the treatment price.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours in advance, through the confirmation email or a short message. Rescheduling later is possible too, but we may retain the deposit because the doctor has already been booked in.
Do you work with my salon?
We work with a growing group of hairdressers, beauticians, nail salons and hotels. Is the place you trust not among them yet? Let us know and we will contact the salon.
